Margie Evans Reeves, a resident of Bogalusa, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2008.

She was a retired nurse and a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Jean Adams of Pine and two sons and their spouses, Charles W. and Evelyn Martin Reeves of Pine and Jimmie W. and Lorraine Nicholson Reeves of Bogalusa;

3 Brothers, Woodow Evans of Zachary, Billy Evans and Leroy Evans of Bogalusa and 1 Sister, Betty Schillings of Florida.

She is also survived by many Grandchildren & Great-Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter J. Reeves; a son Walter Ray Reeves; a great-grandchild Evan Reeves; her parents, Charles A. and Josephine Frazier Evans; 3 Sisters, Eugenie Evans, Ila Mae Nelson and Juanita Wilson; 2 brothers, Vernon Evans and Willard Evans.

Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 2:00 P.M. at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Lynn Martin and Rev. Donnie Broom will officiate with Interment to follow at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Sheridan all on Saturday, December 27, 2008.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Rest Haven Living Center of Bogalusa or Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church of Sheridan.
