FRANKLINTON, LA Eunice Green Pierce, 91, a native of Washington Parish, longtime resident of Metairie, and current resident of Slidell, died at 11 p.m. Sunday in Slidell Memorial Hospital. She was a retired dietary aide of Ochsner Foundation Hospital, a member of the New Orleans Bible Church, and also attended Beran Bible Church and Faith Bible Church of Slidell. She was the widow of Wendell Pierce.

Survivors include a son, Allen D. Pierce of Slidell; two daughters, Gloria Nell Wilson of Lafayette, LA, and Ida Irene Vile of Metairie; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a brother, Ellis Green.

Visitation will be held at Crain Funeral Home after 11 a.m. tomorrow until time of the funeral in the funeral home chapel at 1 p.m. The Rev. Keith Boyer will officiate at the ceremony.

Burial will follow in the Morris Cemetery.
