NATALIE JENKINS DIDDON, AGE 80
and a resident of Franklinton died Thursday afternoon October 13, 2016 at Riverside Medical Center. She loved to read all types of books and papers and enjoyed watching NASCAR races, especially the Earnhardts. Natalie, affectionately called “Pete” by those closest to her, liked to cook meals for her family and friends and she always kept up with the daily news programs and current events.

Daughter: Mary Buchanan of Franklinton
2 Sons and a Daughter in law: Charles Ray Diddon,
Jesse Ray and Theresa Diddon all of Franklinton
6 Grandchildren: Scott and Brandi Bryant,
Chad and Autumn Bryant all of Amite,
Charles Brandon and Autumn Diddon of Myrtle Beach, SC,
Jennifer and Mathew Barber,
Jessica Schilling all of Franklinton,
Demi and Charles Boudreaux of Fort Gordon, GA.
13 Great-grandchildren: Bre’leigh, Paityn, Cameron, Caleb, Jasmyn, Elektris, Preslee, Alivia,
Ryan, Rayanna, Nikolas, Logan, Solomon
2 Sisters in law: Patsy Jenkins of Franklinton,
Connie Jenkins of Denham Springs
Also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jessie Denman Diddon, her parents Felder Jenkins and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Diddon, son in law James Andrew Buchanan, sister “Snookie” Miley and brothers James Jenkins and Jimmie Jenkins.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Saturday October 15th from 5 pm until 9 pm and after 10 am on Sunday. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Randall Garcia and Rev. Mark Jeneau officiating. Burial will follow in the Morris Cemetery.
