Shelby Lavelle Sharp(Died June 1, 2005)FRANKLINTON - Shelby Lavelle Sharp, age 41, a resident of Franklinton, died at 12:18 p.m. Wednesday at his residence. He was an employee of Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and a member of Lawrence Creek Missionary Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kaye Sharp of Franklinton; his grandfather, Mavis Magee of Franklinton; a sister and brother-in-law, Sheila and Adrian Prejean of Port Allen; a half-sister, Melissa Sharp of Independence; and a niece and nephew.He was preceded in death by his father, Shirley Sharp and his mother, Annette Magee Sharp; grandmothers, Louella Magee and Annie Mae Sharp; and grandfather, Herman Sharp.Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Saturday until time for the funeral service at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Elds. Richard Magee and Bob Lowery will officiate, with burial following in the Magee Cemetery.
