September 25, 1957 - December 30, 2011
Lena Faye Sumrall Brecheen, 54, a resident of Franklinton, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 at 4:42 p.m. at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was born Sept. 25, 1957.
She is survived by her mother, Bernice Sumrall of Franklinton; a daughter, Amy (Donnie) Chiasson of Franklinton; three sons, Shelton (Natasha) Hano of Franklinton, Dustin (Kim) Hano of Bogalusa and Aston Brecheen of Franklinton; six grandchildren, Matthew, Mason and Autumn Hano, Kaitlynn Hano and Jayden and Brice Triguero; three sisters, Jackie (Ken) Manning of Carriere, Miss., Diane (Charlie) Bracey of Roseland and Dawn Marie Hano of Sun; and a brother, Myles Joseph Hano of Franklinton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Brecheen, her father, James Sumrall, and a brother, Myles Wendell Sumrall.
Visitation was held Sunday, Jan. 1 at Crain Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and continued on Monday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral service at noon in the funeral home chapel, with Eld. Duane Ball, Eld Glynn Erwin and Rev. Denny Brumfield officiating. Burial followed at Magee's Cemetery at Lawrence's Creek.
