James (Jim) Royston Boudousquie, a retired Chief Engineer for Tidewater Marine, died Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at 8:10 pm. Mr Boudousquie was a graduate of Jesuit High School, and the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, New York. He served as a Lieutenant (Jg) US Navy in World War II and Korea. He was the husband of Rena Webb Boudousquie by second marriage and the late Carole Garvey Boudousquie by first marriage. He Was 78 years of age, a native Of Mobile, Alabama, a former resident of New Orleans and Folsom, Louisiana, and a resident of Slidell, Louisiana for the past 8 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Angelo A Boudousquie and Clara Heller Boudousquie; brothers, A A Boudousquie and George H Boudousquie; and one Infant Sister, Mary Lea Boudousquie. He is survived by children: James R Boudousquie, Jr of Blaine, Washington, Steven A Boudousquie of Spring, Texas, Beth B Zondler of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Terry B Deleo of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, Bruce Boudousquie of Post Falls, Idaho and Nancy B Jenkins of Franklinton, Louisiana; sister: Claire Louise B Lajaunie Of Arabi, Louisiana; 15 Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jim actively pursued and lived his religion. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His greatest love was to share his testimony and knowledge of Jesus Christ, his gospel and plan of salvation, the restoration of his church to the earth in these latter days through the Prophet Joseph Smith and the truthfulness of The Book of Mormon as a companion scripture to the Bible. He was a man of integrity and sincere in all he did. He was a man among true men. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral services The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, 112 Rue Esplanade, Slidell, Louisiana Saturday, July 30, 2005 11:00 am.
