April 12, 1939 - February 8, 2002
Charles Albert Dillon, 62, of Carriere, died Feb. 8, 2002, at Crosby Memorial Hospital in Picayune. Services are 1:30 p.m. today at Faith Tabernacle in Thomas, La., with the Rev. Jerry Cox and the Rev. Raymond Garcia officiating.
Mr. Dillon was born April 12, 1939, in Walthall County, the son of Albert Tillie and Francis Leo Lee Dillon. He was a welder and had served in the National Guard.
Mr. Dillon was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Lola Dillon of Carriere; three sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Cindy Dillon of Carriere, Charles Wayne and Linda Dillon of Mt. Herman, La. and Paul and Stacy Dillon of Franklinton, La.; one daughter and son-in-law, Annette and David Brooks of Mt. Herman, La.; one brother, James Dillon of Hattiesburg; one sister, Rebecca Bryant of Franklinton, La.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
