Franklinton--- Celia Bates Sharp, age 74, a resident of Franklinton, died at 10:20 p.m. yesterday in St. Tammany Parish Hospital, Covington. She was the widow of Johnnie Sharp and a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Franklinton.
She is survived by five sons, one daughter and 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Crain Funeral Home, continuing after 8 a.m. tomorrow until time for the funeral service tomorrow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
The Rev. Joey Miller will officiate, with burial following in the Enon Baptist Church Cemetery.
