W. J. “BILL” SPENCER, JR. AGE 84
And a resident of Franklinton died at 2:30 am Monday, January 24, 2011 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
He was a retired maintenance engineer with Borden’s Inc. and a member of First Baptist Church. He was a former dairyman and an avid fisherman. Mr. Spencer was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII and always a loving husband, father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents Willie James Spencer, Sr. and Rosa Lee Strickland Spencer and a nephew George Spencer
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home Tuesday January 25th from 6 pm until 8:30 pm and after 9 am on Wednesday. A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Wednesday in the funeral home parlor with Rev. Paul Watts and Rev. Ralph Parks officiating. Burial will follow in the Ellis Cemetery.
