Richardson, John P, age 75. A native of Franklinton, Louisiana died April 12 at Riverside Medical Center. Interment was in the Ellis Cemetery. Survivors are his widow, Katherine Varnado Richardson, one son, two daughters, two brothers, three sisters and nine grandchildren.

Died 1:30 pm Saturday, February 15, 1992, at Hood Memorial Hospital, Amite, Louisiana. She was 84, a resident of Franklinton, Louisiana. Visiting at Crain Funeral Home, Franklinton, 9 am to religious services at 11 am Monday, conducted by Dr Spiller Milton and Rev Barbara Duke. Burial in Ellis Cemetery, Franklinton. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Mary Elizabeth Richardson, Franklinton; daughters and son-in-law, Mrs Joan and Ottis Simmons, Kentwood, Louisiana, Mrs Anita and Richard Magee, Marrero, Louisiana; sister Mrs Stevie Pomorski, Houston, Texas; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, John P Richardson. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church of Franklinton where she was active in Green Leaves and UMW. Donations may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
