MOORE, ROBERT B.
A retired civil engineer with the U.S. Government and a retired US Army Colonel, he died at 6 pm Saturday, June 12, 1999, at his residence in Franklinton, Louisiana. He was 85. Burial in Ellis Cemetery with full military honors. He is survived by daughter, Judith M Rabuffo of Franklinton; son, John H Moore of Tickfaw, Louisiana; grandchildren Mark and Paul Rabuffo, Courtney Paquin and Bryan, Brooks and Bobby Moore; five great-grandchildren; nephews, Duke Moore and Charlesa nd Don Pigott; and niece, Jan M Jenkins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hester T Moore; daughter, Bobbie Elizabeth Moore; brothers, Henry and George Moore; and sisters, Inez Richardson and Mildred Pigott. He was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Franklinton. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to Centenary Church or Holy Family Catholic Church in Franklinton, Hospice of St Tammany in Covington, Louisiana or to St Thomas Aquinas Catholic School in Hammond, Louisiana.
