His parents were Percy Jr. and Julia Gottlieb Moak.

he was a resident of Franklinton and he passed away at St. Tammany parish hospital. he was a foreman with the Louisiana department of transportation and development with 30 years of service. he loved to tinker with things in his garage, mechanic work, carpentry and even small electronics. he liked to take things apart and rebuild them. he loved to drink his coffee and watch old movies or his new favorite show “how it’s made” on the discovery channel. he always enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren and he had special place in his heart for his pet German sheppard Sarah.
