GRAYSON, LA - Funeral services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Malloy, age 56, of Grayson will be held 10 AM Friday, January 10, 2002 from the Crossroads Baptist Church at Grayson with the Rev. Shane Duke officiating. Interment will follow in the Crossroads Cemetery with services under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia.

Patricia Ann Malloy was born on July 26, 1946 at West Monroe to the union of her parents Varnie Alva and Claudine Elkins Hattaway. She was an active member of the Crossroads Baptist Church. Mrs. Malloy was creator and administrator of the Emergency 911 in Caldwell Parish. She had recently retired from that position, but at its origin she was seen all over the parish marking and naming all parish roads for the benefit of the 911 Emergency System.

Survivors include husband: Lyle A. Malloy, Jr. of Grayson; brother: Donald A. Hattaway and wife Evanda of West Monroe; sister: Dorothy Johnson and husband Howard of West Monroe; two nephews: Michael Johnson and Daryl Johnson, both of West Monroe; two nieces: Karen Pittman of Monroe and Debbie Duty of Farmerville; four great nieces and four great nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Daryl Johnson, Michael Johnson, Bobby Duty, Rickey Pittman, Donald Hattaway and Steve May.

Visitation for Friday will be from 8 AM until time of service at the Crossroads Baptist Church, Hwy 126, Grayson, LA.
