MAGEE, LORELLLE M. WOOD
Died Wednesday, July 20, 1994, at 11:45 a.m. at Riverside Medical Center, Franklinton. She was 63, a native and resident of Franklinton. She was retired Clerk for the Town of Franklinton, having served for 26 years until her retirement in January of 1993.
Visiting was at Crain Funeral Home, Franklinton, 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Visiting at funeral home 8 a.m. until religious services in the chapel at 11 a.m. Friday, conducted by Dr. Gene Richards and Dr. Jerry Barlow. Interment in Ellis Cemetery .
Survived by husband, W. Houston Magee, Franklinton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Glen Thomas, Franklinton, and Jodie and Jimmy Foster, Denver; two sons and daughters-in-law, William A. "Bill" Wood Jr. and Cheryl, Memphis, and the Rev. Richard A. "Rick" Wood and Jana, Franklinton; a sister, Mrs. Clyde (Ora Marie) Fussell, Franklinton; a brother, Alton McLain, Baton Rouge; stepmother, Mrs. Oleta McLain, Franklinton; three stepsons, Fred Magee, New York, Jimmy Magee, Bogalusa, and Barry Magee, Franklinton; seven grandchildren, five
stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by first husband, William A. Wood Sr.; and parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. McLain. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, Franklinton, and Women's Auxiliary of Homer Magee Post No. 113, American Legion.
