Son of Homer and Lutha Mae Varnado Wise Boutwell
Richard Dale Boutwell, 29, a resident of Franklinton, died at 11:45 p.m. Sunday, December 28th, at the Riverside Medical Center.
A member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church, he was preceded in death by his father, Homer Boutwell, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Millie Hammett Boutwell of Franklinton; two sons, Scott Bolton and Graham Bolton, both of Baton Rouge; his parents, J. D. and Lutha Mae Wise of Franklinton; a sister, Mrs. David (Becky) Bickham of Franklinton; and a brother, Stephen Wise of Franklinton.
The body lay in state at the Crain Funeral Home in Franklinton until the time for funeral services, which were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 30th, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Gene Richards, the Rev.
Wayne Miller, and the Rev. Keith Crider officiating.
Interment followed in the Ellis Cemetery.
