January 20, 1942 - January 9, 1985
Mrs. Priscilla "Prissy" Fendlason Booty, 42, a native of Franklinton and a resident of Ward, Alabama, died at 9:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 9th, at the Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton.
A member of the Ward Baptist Church, she is survived by her husband, Melvin Farnell Booty of Ward, Alabama; a son, Jay Booty of Ward; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Fendlason, Jr. of Franklinton; two sisters, Mrs. Ross
(Barbara) Mule of Franklinton and Mrs. Larry (Marsha) Fussell of Baton Rouge; several nieces and nephews; and a great-aunt, Mrs. Zuma Fendlason Magee of Franklinton.
The body lay in state at the Crain Funeral Home in Franklinton, until the time for funeral services, which were conducted Friday, January 11th, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Barlow and the Rev. Jimmy Crist officiating.
Interment was in the Ellis Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Richard G. Magee, Richard Smith, Jeffery B. Fricke, John D. Fricke, David Fricke, Michael Harris, James T. Booty and Scott D. Booty.
