January 15, 1939 - October 18, 2014
Ronald Gale Morris, 75, of Chicago, Illinios, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 18, 2014. Funeral services were held on Monday, October 27, 2014, at 11 am at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville with Rev Michael Howard and Rev. Kurt Auger officiating. Interment followed at Antioch Cemetery.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Columbia and Allen Morris; and eight siblings – Thelma Mashaw, Cliff Morris, Willard Morris, Arlene Howard, Doyce Terral, Olelia Chapman, Tom Morris and Paulene Morris. He is survived by a sister, Amy Simpson; and his wife, Krystyna.
Ron was a veteran of the US Air Force and attended the University of Syracuse and NLU prior to launching his 30 year sales career with the Sears Corporation. His office was in the Sears Tower, where he worked as sales director for the Southwest Region.
Ron loved his family and enjoyed visiting the piney hills of North Louisiana, where he grew up hunting and fishing of the banks of the DeLoutre.
