PARKER, JAMES B. "J.B."
Died 4 p.m. Friday, March 29, 1991, at the Riverside Medical Center, Franklinton . He was 66, a native and resident of Franklinton and a former longtime resident of Baton Rouge. He was a self employed mechanic and a U. S. Navy World War II veteran. Visiting at Crain Funeral Home, Franklinton , 10 a.m. until religious services at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Keith Tipton and the Rev Gene Richards. Burial in the Springhill -Magee Cemetery , near Franklinton . Survived by wife, Zelia Jenkins Parker, Franklinton ; two sons, James Kendall Parker and Gary Wayne Parker, both of Franklinton ; two daughters, Mrs. Ron (Sharlene) Alexis, Lacombe, and Mrs. John (Connie) Parker, Franklinton ; two sisters, Mrs. J. D. (Melba) Monk and Mrs. Louise Jones, both of Franklinton ; and three grandchildren, Jeffery N. Parker, John David Parker and Ashley Michelle Parker. He attended the Springhill Baptist Church.
