OAK GROVE, LA - Funeral services for Syble Marilyn Greer Pardon, age 95 a homemaker of Oak Grove, Louisiana will be held at 2 PM on Friday, January 15, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Grove.
Reverend Kenny Herring will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mrs. Pardon passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at West Carroll Memorial Hospital in Oak Grove.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Jerome Greer and Mary Ann Holley Greer and her son, Kenneth Thornhill.
She is survived by her husband, Ottis Thomas Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana; daughter, Jo McClendon of Kilbourne, Lousiiana; daughter, Ann Pardon of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son, Gary Lynn Thornhill of Phoenix, Arizona; son, Johnny Pardon of Oak Grove; 13 grandchildren and a host of great and great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers are: James Pardon, Chris Butler, John Thomas Thornhill, Jamie Lynn Thornhill, Brent Pardon, and Mason Butler.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, January 14, 2016 between the hours of 6 to 8 PM at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove.
