Funeral Services for Dorothy Lorine Washam, age 93, of Ruston will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday March 14, 2007 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Officiating will be Rev. Tommy Speights. Interment will follow at the Wesley Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.
Mrs. Washam was born August 19, 1913 in Ruston, to the late Sam and Irma Lee Mooney and passed away on March 11, 2007 in Ruston.
Mrs. Washam was a member of the Methodist and Baptist Church of Ansley. She was preceded in death by the late Cecil Jiles, Benjamin Washam and her daughter Barbara Farmer.
She is survived by her three daughters, Doris Berry of Ruston, Nelda and son-in law Charles Billingsley of Independence and Marion Giles of Ruston; 12 great grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 17 great great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and great grandsons Jeff, Donald, Steve, Michael, Scott and Paul.
Visitation will be Tuesday 13, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
