OBITUARY: The Times, Shreveport, Louisiana, December 17, 2012
Funeral services for Mrs Chloe Crumpton, 96, of Ringgold, Louisiana will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm in Ringgold First United Pentecostal Church with Reverend Milton Vining and Reverend M D Owens officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery in Ringgold, Louisiana under the direction of Rockett Funeral Home in Ringgold, Louisiana. Visitation will be Monday, December 17, 2012 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at First United Pentecostal Church in Ringgold, Louisiana. Mrs Crumpton was a faithful charter member of First United Pentecostal Church in Ringgold, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents, James T and Addie Nettles; husband of 74 years, Leo Crumpton; grandson, Rickey Crumpton; son-in-law, Jimmy Martinius; great great grandson and five brothers. Left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Willard and Mae Crumpton of Ringgold, Louisiana; daughters, Lavonia and her husband, Drew Carter of Ringgold, Louisiana and Willie Martinius of Ringgold, Louisiana; 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren and a number of other relatives and friends.
