SHREVEPORT, LA - Elizabeth deNelle Tucker Ordonez passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2011. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home in Shreveport, LA on Friday May 6 from 5:00-7:00 PM. Prior to this, private memorial services will be held for family.
deNelle was born August 8,1970, in Shreveport, where she lived for most of her life. She graduated from Loyola College Prep in Shreveport, and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. deNelle enjoyed a career in the restaurant and catering business. She was a very loving person, known for her quick wit and sense of humor.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Waddy Tucker; grandparents, Judge Henry F. Turner, Norma and Herbert deNelle Tucker and Frank Bruner; her stepfather, John L. Schober; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
deNelle is survived by her mother and stepfather, Martha and Ed Smith of Richardson, TX; her grandmother, Meda Bruner of Shreveport, LA; her sister and brother-in-law, Mary Catherine and Kenny Micka of Culver City, CA; her stepsiblings, Lisa Smith and John K. Schober; her niece and nephew, Addison and Austin Micka; her aunt and uncle, Mary and Brady Harris; her stepmother, Kay Morse Tucker; as well as numerous cousins and extended family.
deNelle was loved by all that knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
