Funeral services were held under the direction of Conger Funeral Home of Arcadia at Rocky Mount Church at Ringgold. Mrs Franklin is survived by one son, James Curtis Phennel of Ringgold: one daughter, Mrs Howard (Junie Mae) Welch, of Ringgold: four sisters, Mrs. Mollie Slack, Jefferson, Texas, Mrs Ada Morrow, of Epps, Mrs Annie McCoy and Mrs Addie Nettles of Ringgold: and four step-sons. Earnest E Franklin of Columbia, Louisiana, Dosier Reid Franklin of Bossier City, Noel Lester Franklin of Haughton & Claude Clinton Franklin of California, & one brother J W Skipper, Ringgold
