Funeral services for Jerry Medaries of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 17, 2023 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
Jerry was born November 28, 1939 in West Monroe, LA and passed away February 12, 2023 in Harriet, AR. He was a retired truck driver and served in the United States Army. Jerry will be remembered as a Jack of all trades and master of none. He was preceded in death by his parents Duke Medaries and wife Evelyn; and wife Gracie Medaries.
Jerry is survived by his sons Jerry L. Medaries and wife Angela, Casey L. Medaries and wife Laura; daughters Tamar Butler, Mary Ann Bandy and husband Jeff; sister Jo Ellen Lagon; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers John Cole, Paul Sanders, Kolin Corkern, Duke Medaries, Jeff Bandy and Alon Leeper.
