A funeral Mass for Mrs. Olivia Juanita Johnson-Belle will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Omega Omega service of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will be held at 9:15 a.m. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Forest Park West. Public Viewing will also be held at Good Samaritan Funeral Home on Friday, July 29, 2016 from noon to 8:00 p.m.
Olivia Juanita Johnson-Belle, 72, died on Monday, July 25 after a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. Olivia was born on July 9, 1944 in Woodville, Mississippi. She retired from Caddo Parish Public Schools after 34 years of service.
Olivia is survived by her devoted husband, Earl W. Belle and their two children, Dr. Ashley J. Belle and Jason Belle.
