Mary Hadley was the daughter of the late Emmet and Iola Bourn of Baxterville, MS. She was a native of Smackover, AR and had lived in Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. She had been a resident of Lafayette for 11 years. She had lots of love and time for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her door was always open and the food was always ready. Mary helped raise many families in addition to her own, and it was sometimes hard to count all the feet under her table, but there was no limit to her love. She enjoyed painting, needlework and bingo unless she could get to Branson or Las Vegas.

She is survived by two sons, Francis Hadley and wife, Judy of Lafayette, and Kenneth Hadley and wife, Lynn of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Andra Callaway and husband, Terry of Baton Rouge; five grandchildren, Amy Hadley of Orlando, Jeff Hadley and wife, Katrice of Jackson, MS, Kristen Greene and husband, Craig of Baton Rouge, Stacy Jemison and husband, Jason of Livingston, LA, and James Callaway of McComb, MS; seven great grandchildren, Jennifer Jemison, Hadley Greene, Jessica Jemison, Samuel Hadley, Hudson Hadley, Cass Greene, and Gabe Greene; one sister, Betty DeLancy of Houma; two brothers, Emmet Bourn, Jr. and wife, Lorrain of Diamondhead, MS, and Milton Bourn and wife, Marilyn of Purvis, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Emmet and Iola Bourn; her husband of 62 years, Andrew Dee Hadley; her sister, Lois Virginia Seals; and her grandson, Craig Steven Hadley.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until the time of services.
