KENNER Barbara Rodriguez Elkins, 66, a resident of Kenner died last Friday at her residence. She was a retired bookkeeper.
She is survived by four sons, Sidney M. Elkins of Tacoma, WA, Robert N. Elkins of River Ridge, David A. Elkins of Marrero and Russell O. Elkins of Mandeville; a daughter, Rebecca E. Magner of Mandeville; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Beauregard Matthew Rodriguez and Inell Reese Rodriguez.
A graveside funeral will be held tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at Morris Cemetery in Franklinton with the Rev. Karl Tingle officiating.
Crain Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
