Mrs. Vera Magee Crowe
Vera Magee Crowe, 93, of Jackson, Miss, formerly of Bastrop, Louisiana, died of congestive heart failure Friday, April 14, 1995 at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 17, at Crain Funeral Home in Franklinton, Louisiana with burial in Morris Cemetery in Franklinton.
Mrs. Crowe was a member of First Baptist Church in Bastrop and a life member of the American Legion Post 51 Ladies Auxiliary in Bastrop. She was married to the late Murrell M. Crowe.
Survivors are one son, William M. Crowe of Winona; two brothers, T.J. Magee and Von Magee, both of Bogalusa; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Oliver Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.
