Funeral services for Robert L. Howard, age 85 of Rocky Branch, La will be 10 a.m., Saturday, August 4, 2007 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Rocky Branch, La. with Rev. Michael Howard and Rev. Ryan Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the Rocky Branch Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Church.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Howard; parents: Elzie James Howard and Margaret Elizabeth Howard.
Robert is survived by his son: Michael Howard & wife Bettye of Oak Grove, LA; daughter: Janie Chapman & husband Richard of Rocky Branch, LA; 3 grandchildren: Steffanie Fowler & husband Jason, Matthew Chapman & wife Mary Ann, Ryan Chapman & wife Amanda; 8 great grandchildren: Noah Chapman, Eli Chapman, Luke Chapman, Owen Chapman, William Chapman, Jack Chapman, Benjamin Fowler, Brant Fowler.
Pallbearers will be: Bob Chapman, J.C. Honeycutt, Ryan Chapman, Matt Chapman.
