Wife of John Edgar Ellzey
Lorine E Ellzey, 86, of Silverdale died Saturday at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She was born December 20, 1905 in Franklinton, Louisiana. She moved to Kitsap County from Franklinton 16 years ago. She married John Edgar Ellzey in 1920 in Louisiana. Mr Ellzey died in 1975. Mrs Ellzey was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and gardening. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Louisiana. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Thompson of Silverdale, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a stepson, Lavern Ellzey, in 1992 and a granddaughter, Terry Malone, in 1988.
Interment will be at Smith's Cemetery in Franklinton.
