Darlene Snowden, 51 of Shreveport, LA passed away on August 14, 2013. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 2 pm at Mooringsport Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mooringsport, LA officiated by Rev. Doug Williams. There will be a time of visitation on Friday the 16th from 4-6 pm at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home in Vivian, LA.
Darlene was born June 18, 1962 in Winokur, GA and lived in the Shreveport area for the past 5 1/2 years after moving from Folkston, GA. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her father-in-law Billy Snowden and her grand baby Aubriana. She is survived by her husband Joe Snowden of Shreveport, her 4 children; Sharie Snowden of Shreveport, Joe Snowden and girlfriend Lauren White of Bossier City, LA, William Snowden and wife Tina of Shreveport, LA and Robert Snowden and Keithville, LA, her sister in laws Carol Maddox and husband Craig and Susan Eason and husband James, her brothers, John Walker, Kenny Walker and James Walker and her 3 grandchildren, Jordan, Jazmyn and Jaylon.
Pallbearers will be Joe Snowden, William Snowden, Robert Snowden, Kenny Walker, John Walker and James Walker.
