Funeral services for Patricia Ann "Pat" Jones, age 59 of Castor will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Fellowship Baptist Church in Dubach. Reverend Connie Smith officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.

Pat was born on June 13, 1957 to Thomas Jefferson James and Sarah Mae Roberts in Monroe, LA. On the glorious day of January 1, 2017, she gained her beautiful wings in Shreveport, LA.

Pat was the oldest of four children, having one brother: Earl Wayne James and two sisters: Debra Woods and Susan Bates. She was a homemaker and a great stay at home mom. She was the best daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Pat was one in a million; there will never be anyone like her. She was a warm, compassionate, kind hearted woman and always willing to help anyone. Her best days were spent with family and friends and her most cherished things were and always will be her grandbabies. Her favorite thing to do was crafts. She could stay in her sewing room for hours.

Pat is proceed in death by: both sets grandparents; mother and father; sister: Susan Bates; mothers-in-laws: Lillie Bell Trigleth and Dorothy Jones; father-in-law; Andrew Jones; sister-in-law; Ruth Ivey; brother-in-law: William Jones Jr. and great nephew: Michael Jones, Sr.

Pat leaves her cherished memories with her husband, Alvin Jones of Castor; her beloved children four daughters: Kimberly and husband Danny Jiles of West Monroe; Connie and husband Thomas Jones of Dubach; Leeona and husband Demario Johnson of West Monroe; Donicka Jones of Castor and son: Justin Gilbert and wife Ashley. She is also survived by her former son-in-law: Michael Cumberland and wife Candy; 13 grandbabies, one great-grandbaby, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM, Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Owens Memorial Chapel. "Her life was beauty, goodness, and love." To leave a memorial message for the family, please visit www.owensmemorialfuneralhome.com.
