LaJuana Faye Tilley Langley, age 70 of Amite, Louisiana passed from this life on Monday, July 9, 2012 at her home in Amite.
She was born on August 9, 1941 in Castor, LA to the late Elan and Mattie Tilley.
Mrs. Langley was a native of Webster Parrish, LA and was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church in Kentwood, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Paul Langley; one sister, Gwen Reeves; and one brother, Gary Tilley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Wayne Levelle Langley of Amite, LA; three sons, Dennis Langley of Raleigh, NC, Stephen Langley of Amite, LA and Christopher Langley of Germantown, MD; one brother, Thomas Tilley of Hallsville, TX; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at The Three Creeks Baptist Church with Rev. James Sparks and Rev. Danny Smith officiating.
Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Old Sarepta Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of El Dorado.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday evening, at Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado.
Pallbearers will be her nephews; Robert Allen, Gary Wilson, Donnie Allen, Royce Allen, Jimmy Wilson, Barney Moix, Brian Langley, Glen Wilson, Pete Moix, Rickey Goodnight, Colin Langley and Jimmy Langley.
