Federal Rolls of Prisoners of War, Captured and paroled at Labadieville, Louisiana, October 27, 1862. Rolls from January, 1863, to August, 1863, Present. Also on Rolls of Company C, Consolidated 18th Regiment and Yellow Jacket Battalion Louisiana Infantry, as Welsh, J, Private. Roll dated January 29, 1864, Present.
