Federal Rolls of Prisoners of War, Captured Port Hudson, Louisiana, July 9, 1863. Sent to New Orleans, Louisiana, on board Steamer Zephyr, July 13, 1863. Forwarded to Fort Columbus, New York Harbor, October 10, 1863. Received. at Johnson's Island, Ohio, October 13, 1863. Transferred. to Point Lookout, Maryland, for exchange March 21, 1865, thence to Fort Delaware, Delaware, April 28, 1865. Released on Oath of Allegiance to United States, June 12, 1865. Residence Iberville Parish, Louisiana, complexion dark, hair dark, eyes dark, height 5 feet 9 inches.
