Green Nale, 71, a farmer of Truxno, La. and the father of two residents of El Dorado died at his home in Truxno Thursday night after a long illness. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clara Nale; six sons, J. O. Nales of El Dorado, G. W. Nale of Crossett, Bobby Nale of Shreveport and Max Nale, Glenn Nale and Dan Richard Nale, all of Truxno; five daughters, Mrs. Elvis Murray of Marion, La., Mrs. R. C. Murray of El Dorado, Mrs. Alice Rogers of Farmerville, Mrs. Lucy Jones of Crossett and Miss Dinah Nale of Truxno; three sisters, Miss Georgia Nale and Mrs. Sally Pyle, both of Truxno, and Mrs. Mattie Pyle of El Dorado; and 51 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Bird's Chapel Methodist Church in Truxno, with the Rev. Lillard Bevile officiating, assisted by the Rev. Sam Sheperson and the Rev. N. D. Pierce. Burial will be in Bird's Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville. (The El Dorado Times - June 27, 1964)
