Arlean, 71, a resident of Franklinton died Friday morning at her residence. She was the widow of Louie Creel and a member of Lee Valley Baptist Church in Folsom. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Tina Creel of Franklinton; a daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Harold Barber of Franklinton; four grandchildren, Stacy Chassion, Matt Barber, Jason Creel and Scott Creel; three sisters, Finis Populus, Jenny Lewis both of Loranger and Eunice Muscarello of Metairie. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
