December 17, 1911 - May 10, 1979
Stanley Burton, 67, of Monroe, La., died May 10 after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Montgomery County, the son of the late Mr & Mrs W H Burton of Winona.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs Juanita Gatlin Burton; two brothers, Garrett Burton of Monticello, Ark, & Clyde Burton of Winona; five sisters, Mrs Claudine Morgan, Mrs Barbara Williams & Mrs Peggy Carmack, all of Winona, Mrs Hazel Austin of Birmingham, Ala & Mrs Mary Lynn Howell of Kilmichael.
