Joe Davis Ainsworth the son of Joseph Benjamin Ainsworth and Fairy Ainsworth was born in Oak Grove, Louisiana on May 4, 1931 and passed away in Mountain View, Arkansas on August 21, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Joe worked 37 years in construction with Mississippi Power and Light and his religious belief was Baptist Faith. He served in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Fairy Ainsworth, and 3 brothers Bidwell, Dayton and Mitchell. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Flora Vivian Dopson Ainsworth, children: daughter Angela Daniels of Pearl, Mississippi and son Rodney Lee Ainsworth of Mountain View , Arkansas, a brother Howard Ainsworth of Oak Grove, Louisiana, grandchildren: Amanda Ainsworth of Braxton, Mississippi, Rachelle Ainsworth of Richland, Mississippi, Sondra Smith Greene and husband Nathan of Pelahatchie, Mississippi, Lauren Smith Bullock and husband Patrick of Pearl, Mississippi, great grandchildren Brody Bullock, Jaxon Bullock, Easton Greene, Brayden Black and Austin Lestrad. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Cox Funeral Home in Oak Grove, Louisiana from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. and graveside services will be Saturday August 25, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. in New Forest Cemetery.
