SHREVEPORT, LA. Celebration of life services for Ms. Martha Gay, 61, will be 1 p.m., Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Mount Canaan B.C., 1666 Alston St., Pastor Harry Blake Sr., officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Family visitation Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Heavenly Gates.
Mrs. Gay entered into eternal rest on January 10, 2014 after a brief illness.
She is survived by her daughters; Lavette (Andre) Carter and Isha Gay, sisters; Gwendolyn Smith (Bobby) and Jean Thompson, brother; Montoya (Pam) Kirksey, 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
