Al Frazier went to his heavenly home Tuesday, February 23, 2016. He was a long time resident of Shreveport, Louisiana. Al was born in Franklin, Pennsylvania. He retired as a Major from the United States Air Force with 22 years of service as a navigator on a KC 135 tanker.

He was the owner of Lightening Delivery Service, Inc and Texas Cajun Concessions. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon social fraternity at Allegheny College, Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree. He was a member of Caddo Lodge No 179 F&AM, El Karubah Shrine and Barksdale Chapter No 275 National Sojourners. Al served as Past Patron of Victory Chapter No 130 OES. He was Grand Sentinel in 2007-2008 for Grand Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. Al enjoyed blue grass music, reading and watching his grandchildren in sports. He loved to talk to people and get to know them.

Al is predeceased by his parents David W and Marjorie A Frazier, his sister-in-law, Gloria N Frazier and granddaughters Kristin Belk and Leisa Nesslehauf. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda H Frazier; daughters Kay Browning and husband, Jim, Chris Belk, Beth Gilliard and Tracy Klein and husband, Jim; sons Randy Choate and Trent Choate and wife Tracy; grandsons Steven Belk, James Browning, Alan Klein, Trenton Choate, Treavor Choate, and Trace Choate; granddaughters, Rebekka Gorda and husband Shawn, Katie Gilliard, Brooke Gilliard, Meagan Klein, Tara Choate, Tessa Choate, and Casey Choate; great-granddaughter Lily Anne Gorda; brother David W Frazier, Jr, nieces Debbie Quintera and husband Dennis and Susan Frazier. Al will be sorely missed by C C, Sam, Cher and Jake, his 4-legged kids.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 28, 2016, from 3-5 pm at Rose-Neath Southside Funeral Home. Funeral services officiated by Pastor Mark Briggs, will be held Monday, February 29, 2016 at 10:00 am, followed by burial at Forest Park West, complete with full Military honors, Eastern Star and Masonic services and the Patriot Guard.

Honorary pallbearers will be George Barker, Clyde Strout, and Cosimo Kleckinger.
