Roll for May & June, 1863, Absent, wounded at Winchester, June 14. Roll for July & August, 1863, Absent with leave. Rolls from Septtember 1863 - August 31, 1864, Present. Roll for September & October 1864, Present. Transferred from Company G to Company D, temporarily, October 31, for pay, by order General Evans. Appears on list paroled at Appomattox, Court House, Virginia, April 9, 1865. Residence Livingston Parish, Louisiana. Age 21, eyes dark, hair dark, complexion dark, height 5 feet 6 inches. Record copied from Memorial Hall, New Orleans, Louisiana, by the War Department, Washington, D C, June, 1903, Born Louisiana, occupation farmer, age 18, residence Livingston Parish, Louisiana, single. Remark: Reenlisted February 10, 1862.
