November 11, 1946 - November 21, 2015
Bossier City, LA - Graveside services for Jackie "Jack" W. White, 69, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, Dubach, LA. Officiating will be Bro. David McCormick of Heritage Missionary Baptist Church and Bro. Connie Smith of Fellowship Baptist Church. Visitation with the family will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City.
Jack was born on November 11, 1946 in Emmett, Arkansas. He worked for Crown Dental Studios as a Dental Tech for 48 years and later went on to work for Sears in automotive as a Salesman for 16 years. He was a longtime member of Heritage Missionary Baptist Church. Jack loved to fish, hunt, and spending time with his family and friends. He was a wonderful Husband, Father, and Grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Newton White and Gertrude Thompkins White; brothers-in-law, Wallace Monroe, Tom Van Horn, and Harold Sisson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Marilyn Knowles White; son, Michael White and wife, Gladys; sisters, Jean Monroe, Faye Van Horn, and Sue Sisson; brother, Edward White and wife, Linda; grandchildren, Kristen, Caleb, and Cayden White.
