Church Point - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am Monday, November 28, 2016 in Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers - Bertrand for Louis G "T-Lou" Doucet, 90, who passed away November 26, 2016.
Reverend Michael J Arnaud, Pastor of Assumption of the BVM Church in Mire, will be Celebrant of the Mass.Burial will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
T-Lou was the son of the late Joseph Doucet and the former Bella Albarado. He is survived by sisters, Marie Abbott and husband Verlin and Lucille Leblanc and husband Gervis as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Patrick, Gabriel, Henry and Edwin Doucet.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4:00PM until 9:00PM. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00PM Sunday evening in the funeral home. Visiting hours will continue Monday from 8:00AM until the time of service.
T-Lou was a WW II Veteran and member of VFW 2103 and American Legion Post 69.
