Glass Window Cemetery (CA 1825)

This private cemetery was established on the estate of James Groves, Sr who settled here in the early 1800's. It is named for his home which had the first glass windows in this area of Louisiana. Among those interred here are James Groves, Sr., his wife Mary, and some of their descendants.
