Morean Smith Myers, age 90, of Monroe, LA passed away on August 23, 2016. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. She was born on October 7, 1925 to the late parents, Margaret and Oliver Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Myers; and four sons, John, Willie Jr., Robert and Henry Myers. Survived by sons, Louis, Stanley, Joe, George and wife, Phromporn and Roy Myers; daughters, Betty, Libby, Wanda Jean Myers and Mary and husband, Bill Frith; grandchildren, Amber, Ratthanan and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 from 6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.
