Son of Byron and Mollie Dillon
Lindon "Lynn" Dillon, age 58, a resident of Franklinton, died yesterday, He was an iron worker.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Smith Dillon of Franklinton; four sons and daughter-in-laws, Lee and Danica Dillon of Franklinton, Graylon Dillon of Franklinton, Bruce and Lisa Pittman of Pine, and Drew and Gwen Pittman of Pine; two daughters and son-in -laws, Shelia and Dale Miller of Franklinton and Sherie and Kevin Burke of Ponchatula ; five sisters, Evon Hyatt of Franklinton, Julie Dillon Of Metairie, Alice Amith of Metairie, Lucille Mackenzie of Pasadena,TX, and Era Minton of Pasadena, TX; and also 11 grandchildren, Guy & Autumn Miller, Ian,Patrick & Emily Burke, Heath & Kallee Pittman, Shalon & Micah Pittman, and Bailor, Dillan & Ariel Dillon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Byron and Mollie Dillon.
Visitation will be at Crain Funeral Home from 5 p m until 10 p m today and 9 a m until 1:30p m tomorrow Funeral service will be held at 2 p m tomorrow at the Star Hill Missionary Baptist Church with the Elder Lavon Taylor, the Elder Ted Phillips and the Rev W L Tullos officiating Burial will be in the church cemetery.
