Killed In Action
He died as a result of wounds received in action. He was buried in Row #89, Grave #12, in French Military City, Verdun-Sur-Meuse, France. On May 25, 1921, his body was disinterred and shipped to Leesville, Louisiana for burial. He was buried in Silver Creek Cemetery on or after July 26, 1921.
