Non-Hostile death from sustained injury while burning excessive mortar charges causing a flash fire resulting in bronchopneumonia with body surface area thermal injury at Fort Polk, Leesville, Louisiana. Death occurred at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Bexar, Texas.
