Funeral services for Mary "Frances" Woodside, 67, of Vidalia, Louisiana will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11:00am from the St Stephen Baptist Church, 501 Clinton Street in Vidalia. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home. Rev Leon Dixon will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home.

Miss Woodside, daughter of Junius and Maudella Richardson Woodside was born in Vidalia and died at the Colfax Reunion Nursing and Rehab Center in Colfax, Louisiana. She was a retired correctional officer and a member of Union Baptist Church in Vidalia.

She is survived by her children Tedrick "Teddy" Woodside and wife Demetrius of Pineville, Louisiana and Wanell Woodside of Houston, Texas; brothers Harvey Woodside and Leonard Feltus both of Sacramento, California; Theodore Woodside and wife Kathy of San Francisco, California and Harry Joe Woodside of New Orleans, Louisiana. Also, sisters Lela Williams and husband Henry of Riverside, California; Linda Spears of Humble, Texas; sister-in-law Gloria Woodside; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. And a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a number of siblings.
